Experienced Attorney providing Estate Planning and Administration, Probate, Business Law, and Civil Law services to individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Northern Virginia. In December 2018, Paul launched The Dean Law Firm to provide legal services to individuals, small businesses, non-profit organizations, and individuals in the Mt. Vernon, Ft.
