Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in the automotive industry, I bring a hands-on, flexible, and communicative approach to every challenge. My career journey started as a Junior Maintenance Engineer and quickly evolved through roles in Process Engineering and Project Management, where I coordinated global production transfers. A major milestone was taking on an expatriate leadership role in a Greenfield project in Morocco, where I led Process Technology Production. Currently, I serve as Team Leader in Process Development, focusing on developing and optimizing processes for Smarter, Leaner, more competitive Production.
