Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in operations and maintenance business applications, with extensive experience collaborating with operations and field personnel to support and manage outage databases. I coordinate and bid on global projects ranging from to over $10 million, while overseeing a 24/7 support center to ensure seamless operations.In March 2024, I spearheaded the design and implementation of a third-party control and support center to address increasing demand. Strategically located near NASA in Nassau Bay, TX, the center features state-of-the-art support and control rooms, a secure network, and ample space for future expansion. It became fully operational by April 2024.In March 2023, I joined a SCADA development team to implement Inductive Automation\'s Ignition platform, where I established and led a contract team of SCADA and Automation professionals. My responsibilities include providing training, coordinating projects, preparing quotes, and tracking project progress. Since joining, our team has successfully commissioned numerous facilities, including compressor stations, CVBs, SWDs, and other critical sites.Currently, I am drafting a requirements document for a new leak detection model, aimed at enhancing system reliability and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. To be launched in 2025.
