A Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years Project Management experience in the BioPharma Industry from minor to major projects £300M+ working in Europe, China and Russia.I have successfully project managed the design and build of secondary and primary manufacture facilities plus Research and Development Facilities, from early concept design through to commissioning and validation.A solid maintenance engineering experience has helped me design reliable and maintainable facilities that have fully considered the life cycle costs of a facilty to make the right design and equipment selections. I originally joined ICI as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer implementing Lean Six Sigma Project Improvements, these skills have helped me develop facilities that have considered the whole operation to minimise waste and maximise efficienciesIn addition I have achieved APM accredited qualifications, plus I am a trained Hazard Study Leader.I have a good track record of delivering projects on time and to budget, with an abilty to sort out challenging projects.
