ABOUT PAUL COX
I love helping people get excited about a mission and take action. My passion is evangelism and discipleship, especially in marriage and family ministry. Strong families make strong communities, and I love guiding others to grow in their faith and relationships. I studied at Texas A&M and later worked in executive recruiting, helping people find the right roles for their skills. In 1998, I started a recruiting business in Fort Worth, but soon felt called to something bigger. In I enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and by 2001, I joined One Mission Society (OMS) and moved to Spain to serve in ministry. Today, my wife Dawn and I serve with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) through FamilyLife, a ministry focused on strengthening marriages and families. I am passionate about mobilizing (galvanizing) people for God’s mission, helping them find where they fit, and inspiring them to take bold steps in faith.
