For the past two summers, I’ve worked at Paulo Landscaping & Tree Removal as a Project Management Intern, where I’ve taken on a mix of hands-on and management responsibilities. On the operations side, I help schedule and oversee daily projects, lead team members on-site, and ensure every job is completed efficiently and up to our quality standards. I’ve also gained experience working directly with customers — discussing project details, answering questions, and making sure they’re satisfied with the work. I also help with preparing estimates, creating invoices, and tracking project costs to help keep everything running well.
