Managing both AD sites for Dyson Farming one at Nocton just outside Lincoln and the other at Carrington near Boston.Carrington is 3Mw Anaerobic Plant supplying the whole of the Carrington farming site and the new recently built Glasshouses with electric with the remainder going to the grid plus the heat from the CHP\'s to support the Glass.Nocton is a 2Mw site again supplying the Nocton Estate farm with electric and the remainder to the grid.The key parts are; Scheduled preventive maintenance being key in maintaining efficient production of this plant. Budget control, comprehensive record keeping, Health and Safety and staff welfare and management are all key parts of this roll.
