My responsibilities as Lead Technical QA at Raw Power Games include the following:• Recruitment of QA positions.• Training of all members of the QA team.• Plan and execute appraisals of all members of the QA team.• Plan and execute regular one to one meetings with all members of the QA team.• Involved in planning, executing and reporting on automated testing.• Creating, monitoring, and maintaining Unreal Engine blueprint automated tests.• Identify and source required resources for team to function.• Identify, and implement improvements to QA processes and procedures.• Meet with internal and external teams to plan, organise and discuss all QA matters.• Test planning and reporting.• Delegation of tasks.• Compose, distribute, and maintain all QA documentation for all titles.• Execute test cases including functionality, stress, network, and milestone acceptance tests.• Identify, reproduce, submit and manage all bugs on several projects.

I have been working in Test/Quality Assurance for close to twenty years and I\'ve worked on a range of games and applications from small indie projects to projects with a huge budget and scope (including the biggest entertainment product of all time) and have even won a BAFTA! I am a very adept tester and single-handedly recruited and managed several Test/Quality Assurance departments at several game developers both large and small. I have a thorough understanding of all Test/QA principles including, but not limited to; compliance, functionality and usability testing and have tested on all major home/handheld console formats and on a range of mobile devices, as well as having some automation experience via Unreal Engine.
