About Paul Conley
My professional joy comes from being that lucky break for founders who are just getting started and helping them build extraordinary companies. In an effort to earn that right, my partners and I created General Inception in order to create a scalable approach to new company formation for deep-tech (particularly life-science) companies. General Inception is not a venture capital firm but it does invest money off its balance sheet. We are fundamentally an institutional co-founder to exceptional technical founders in need of way more than just money.
