As a recognised telematics expert in both the Civil and Criminal Courts of the United Kingdom and the Civil Courts in Ireland, I have been working in this niche area since 2011 and have worked across the industry in many guises. The expertise I bring is in utilising the data produced from the various systems to assist in such matters as: • driving behaviours, internal investigations and allegations against employees • disputed RTA’s including large loss and low speed impact matters • allegations of fraud • traffic and criminal prosecutions brought by the police and HSE • training and bespoke projects As an independent consultant along with being in the industry for a number of years I am well placed to assist fleets, brokers and insurers in all areas of telematics insurance.
