Managing and organising plant, equipment, materials and staffing along with the running of all site activities.Liaising with senior directors and the clients,Writing, and reviewing RAMS from subcontractors’ daily briefings to subcontractors, quality audits and toolbox talks. Managing all aspects of the project on daily basis from either the office or a more hand on approach by been ever present on site with my workforce.Commercial awareness, overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis and ensure work is done safely and to the correct standards.Preparing site reports, daily diaries, keeping the allocation sheets up to date. Managing and implementing health and safety on site.Maintaining quality control procedures along procurement of materials and plant.Working flexibly to accommodate the changing needs of the business, working long hours, and taking on additional responsibility.Excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated to ensuring and understanding the company requirements and procedures. Ensuring quality assurance of all work scopes are maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with company policies and the Health and Safety at work act.
