BackgroundI am a PRINCE2 & Agile Practitioner Project Manager with over ten years experience delivering projects across the Public, Private and Third sector. My self-motivated and enthusiastic work ethos has resulted in positive end results being achieved in my previous positions. I am a versatile, outcome driven individual and have financially managed complex projects up to c£2m and at different stages of the project lifecycle using waterfall and Agile approaches. I have gained significant experience working with stakeholders (typically at senior management level), leading project teams of between 10-15 stakeholders and adapting my project management experience using different project methodologies throughout my career. Achievements-• Set up a Social Enterprise Company to support technical needs of the Third sector. Project used as social enterprise case study by start-up funder Communities Scotland• Programme managed the development of a community Digital Inclusion strategy.
