ABOUT PAUL CASHELL

Paul\'s role at Lyles Sutherland as a Senior Client support advisor sees him working with letting and estate agents across the UK, coaching them in the use of our property management software. From his diverse experience, he draws on his resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot user experience issues, and assist clients using to get the most out of SME Professional. SME Professional\'s user base has rapidly expanded over the last two years, but it\'s customer satisfaction has remained high. Paul has contributed to the efforts to scale by developing a research project that analyzed customer ticketing data, identifying key issues for new and old clients. Paul has been responsible for educating different teams on his findings, and through these findings our support and training teams were able to implement major changes to their onboarding process, which saw troubleshooting requests drop 50% over the last year. The institution of this project as a quarterly task, and Paul\'s continued management of it\'s development is testament to it\'s success and continued positive impact. Paul holds a bachelor\'s degree in history and a masters degree in international relations, an education that has instilled a passion for writing and analysis. Throughout his education, he developed a talent for discovering and shaping engaging narratives from complex data sets. Originally from Dublin, presently living in London.
