I am a chartered planner with more than 18 years\' experience gained across both the public and private sector. I have worked on a large variety of projects in my career including leading planning work on major housing applications in the south east and south west. I am also experienced working on applications involving commercial and mixed-use schemes, working with the public sector with its own development proposals and with SME developers on smaller scale residential projects. I also have experience dealing with Section 106 agreements, planning conditions, planning appeals and Certificates of Lawfulness.
