The purpose of my completed MBS was to provide a broad understanding of Information Systems management and design including topics such as systems analysis and design, application design, database administration (SQL) & storage technologies. Completed a Masters in Sports Performance in the University of Limerick from 20••••16 where i have developed a strong understanding of the physiology, psychology and biomechanics background behind sports performance for speed, endurance, team and strength sports. I also submitted my final thesis under the subject of Post-Activation Potentiation (S&C). Completed a Bachelor of Science in Sports & Exercise Science (Hons) from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom from 20••••14. Here i developed a sound understand of Physiology, Psychology, Biomechanics, Nutrition and submitted a dissertation based around supplements (Caffeine & sodium bicarbonate) and effects on the 1RM on the bench press. Completed a HND in Sports & Exercise Science at Colaiste Stiofain Naofa from 20••••12.
