Whilst managing a team of eight tender / project Planners in the South West region, I also continue to produce tender programmes in Primavera P6 for competitive tenders and ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) work for a wide variety of clients. Predominantly two stage design and build projects, these Civil Engineering schemes range from £2M to £306M, working with a variety of clients including, Babcock, the Environment Agency and various County Councils.
