I am a partner at Simmons & Simmons, based in London, specialising in structured products and derivatives. I worked in the London office of Simmons & Simmons until November including spending time on secondment with two major investment banks. I then relocated to the Simmons & Simmons financial markets department in Hong Kong in November before moving to the Tokyo office in April 2002 to establish the financial markets practice there. In January 2005, I returned to the Simmons & Simmons\'​ Hong Kong office, where I was head of the APAC Financial Markets practice, before relocating back to the London office in August 2014. I have been recognised as a \"Leading Individual\"​ for Structured Finance & Securitisation in Asia Pacific Legal 500 for the last six years, and the 2014 Edition states that “Paul Browne’s deep knowledge of the Asian market is hard to find”.
