With over fifteen years in educational leadership and a steadfast commitment to fostering talent development, I am the current Director of Apprenticeships at Lift Schools. My role involved forging strong partnerships with the NHS Leadership Academy and tailoring training to address skill shortages within the NHS and social care sectors.
