KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Designed and project managed two multi million pound container depot expansions. • Set up and managed an inland Rail container terminal. • Conducted a depot restructure – setting wage structures, interviewing and hiring of new depot staff. • Created and continually develop Depot procedures and yard storage protocol. • Introduced and chaired monthly Health and Safety meetings. • Accountable for Depot costs, KPI\'s, resource control, setting yearly depot budget. • Initiated standard operating model and Performance management platform in the depot container control centre. • Responsible for the welfare, training and development of all direct reports, using Personal Development Reviews. • Initiate, plan, justify to senior level and implement continuous improvement projects for the whole Depot. • Managed Quayside Operations, Yard Operations and Rail Operations and the Port of Felixstowe.
