Responsible for developing and implementing the sustainability strategy for the Green Britain Group (which includes Ecotricity). I work with teams across the companies, to ensure that products and services remain aligned and resources focussed, on supporting the Group\'s overall mission, to bring about a Green Britain. I work with partners, suppliers and customers, providing advice and support on their journeys to Net Zero. I also develop initiatives and engagement programmes to keep sustainability central to the strategies of all the businesses in the Green Britain Group.

ABOUT PAUL BOWTELL
I\'ve been leading successful sustainability/ESG/CSR teams in energy, B2B & FMCG retail, property, defence and government for over 35 years. As often the first sustainability professional in the organisation, I\'ve developed ESG strategy, and embedded supporting programmes, building collaboration across teams and creating partnerships with external stakeholders. I\'ve then worked with senior management and Boards to change priorities and address sustainability risks and opportunities, in national and international companies. Programmes I developed, delivered significant cost, resource and carbon savings, ensured legal compliance and met stakeholder needs and expectations. My support to sales and marketing teams has secured contracts and increased sales.
