While providing a high level of multiple services to the Real Estate Industry since 1981 I have developed a loyal customer base while representing 100\'s of buyers, sellers, borrowers, renters and affiliates. I have learned to work seamlessly with all parties to a transaction, ie; real estate agents, escrow officers, title officers, appraisers, inspectors, etc, realizing a 98% closing ratio. It\'s been my privilege to help manage numerous investment properties for clients reducing vacancies and increasing cash flow. While managing several small businesses I have consistently reduced costs and increased profits.
