ABOUT PAUL BONOVICH

For more than 30 years, I have led CIS Quality Parts and Components- a Tennessee based company supporting the mining, earthmoving, and construction equipment sectors across North America and around the globe. What had driven me from the beginning is simple: Find a way to solve a problem that someone else can\'t solve - and do it quickly, honestly and with integrity. CIS began as a small business. It was just me, a phone, a fax machine, a set of relationships, and a determination to help customers find what they needed when they needed it. As our customers grew, the demands grew - and we choose to grow with them. Over the years, we expanded into a stocking distributor of new surplus parts, remanufactured components, industrial parts, and technical manufacturing and fabrication capabilities. One of the moments I’m most proud of is how we operated during COVID. While the world shut down, our customers’ operations didn’t — and neither did we. We were open every single day, answering calls, delivering parts, and keeping mines, utilities, and industrial sites running when supply chains everywhere were breaking. It reinforced what I’ve always believed: when customers depend on you, you show up.In recent years, we expanded our capabilities again — this time to support the U.S. government and U.S. military. This work aligns with our strengths: reliability, speed, technical capability, and the ability to deliver critical items.3 Divisions - 1 MissionCIS Quality Parts and Components - New-surplus parts and remanufactured components for mining, earthmoving, government and construction equipment. We support fleets and operations across North American and around the globe. CIS Rubber Tracks - Stocking and distributing premium rubber tracks for compact track loaders and mini-excavators. It is the exclusive North American distributor of the Trax Power brand. CIS Power USA - Delivering fast deployment of 2 MW to 250 MW power solutions for mining, data centers, utilities, ports, military installations, and industrial operations including diesel and natural gas generators, mobile aeroderivative turbines and much more. I’ve always believed business is personal. People remember how you treat them, the speed at which you respond, and whether you stand behind your commitments. My principles are simple:• Be responsive• Be honest • Solve the real problem.• Stay flexible• Build relationships that outlast transactions. My goal today is the same as it was three decades ago:Solve the problem. Deliver the solution. Build the relationship.
