Currently serving as the Senior Design Manager for all BC Integrated Project Delivery (IPD - Design Build) projects. In this role Paul was responsible for building engineering teams and delivery standards that worked hand-in-hand Brown and Caldwell\'s internal and external construction delivery partners. Other responsibilities include oversight of all of BC\'s IPD/Design-Build projects, development of yearly group budgets and setting group and individual staff direction to align with Regional and company goals. Development and/or review of project scopes of work, budgets, schedules, staffing plans and quality assurance for all design work. In addition, Paul serves as a senior technical reviewer for most IPD projects as well as standard delivery design work throughout Brown and Caldwell.
