I have over 15 years of experience in order-to-cash operations, data operations, service design, and team leadership. My mission is to deliver transformational results in cost reduction, process automation, cash flow, and customer experience. I achieve this by collaborating across functions, integrating new acquisitions, improving process controls, setting KPIs, and coordinating audits. Since we began our change program three years ago, I have also reduced DSO by 15 days, increased order, invoice, payment automation and improved service outcomes and net promoter scores.
