Over 5 years as a Board member and Chair of the Audit and Risk committees of two listed enterprises, Syngene International and Mereo Biopharma. Prior to becoming a non-exec I was a senior finance executive with extensive European and Emerging markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and change experience gained at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a global healthcare company. In the final 3 years of my time at GSK I was a full time member of the GSK audit and risk committee. I am looking for further NED opportunities
