Paul Bishop is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting in Toronto, Canada. Paul, along with four colleagues started started FTI Canada in 2008, since then FTI Canada has grown to 60+ professionals in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.Paul is in FTI\'s Corporate Finance practice focusing on corporate restructuring. Paul has over 30 year\'s restructuring experience in Canada, the UK and Bermuda. During this time Paul has advised Companies, Creditors, Boards, Unions, and government stakeholder in numerous complex restructurings. Paul has also been involved in many court supervised restructurings and is currently the Court Appointed Monitor in the Imperial Tobacco and Sears Canada C.C.A.A. proceedings.Paul is a licenced trustee in bankruptcy, a Chartered insolvency professional, a member of the International Insolvency Institute and sits on the Board of the Insolvency Institute of Canada.
