As a business administrator I am focused on getting our candidates ready for work and building an ongoing relationship with them.I strive to help them with their compliance and support them with any queries once they have started work with us.I make it my goal to make sure every candidate is always up to date with their compliance and giving them a sense of security that I can help with any queries they might have.I engage with our candidates on a personal level and can put my interpersonal skills to good use by staying in touch regularly with each of them.Staying in regular contact with our candidates gives them a sense of security and gives them that personal connection.With making these connections this has led to the candidates referring friends and colleagues to us and returning to us if they are looking for work again.In regards to myself on a personal level I play the guitar in my free time. I love music and being able to go to concerts when possible. I love socialising with my friends.I am also an avid reader and like to keep up with the latest news and world events.
