Founded in Ireland in 1918, O’Neills Sportswear specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of performance multi-sportswear including playing kit, training kit, leisurewear and accessories. The company has become the choice of champions, supplying high profile clubs as well as grassroots organisations across Gaelic games, football, rugby, netball, hockey, Education, plus many more across the globe. O’Neills Sportswear are the personalised sportswear specialists with worldwide distribution capabilities providing kit for over 100 sports and activities. My role within O’Neills Sportswear is to lead a team of 8 Field Sales representatives across the county who make up the UK direct sales team. I also manage some of our key direct sales accounts on a day to day basis. A commercially driven sales leader with a proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets across both direct sales and online sales. Working in a market which is constantly evolving and becoming increasingly competitive, we embrace this challenge daily to ensure our team have an honest and professional approach to business whilst being proactive and innovative in order to remain one of the market leaders within our industry. Challenging and encouraging members of our sales team daily to work outside of their comfort zones to keep on improving and planning for tomorrow.
