Over 22 years experience in the oil and gas industry both offshore and onshore- Qualified to HNC Process Control, NVQ Level 3 Instrument & Controls and SVQ level 3 Engineering maintenance- Vast experience in installation, fault finding, modification and testing of a wide range of instrumentation and fire & gas equipment associated with the oil and gas industry in accordance with all UK safety regulations- Exemplary problem solving skills involving the interpretation of technical drawings, P & ID\'s and cause and effect diagrams- Consistently complete relevant documentation required for each task to a high standard- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or well within a team, continually passing on knowledge to fellow employees and apprentices- Performing hazardous area inspections (compex certified to EX01, EX02, EX03 & EX04) to check for any defects and maintaining records ensuring safety reliability- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written- Electrical and mechanical isolating authority.
