I am a National Professional Practice Director (NPPD) in the Central Region. As an NPPD, I serve as the senior accounting, auditing, attestation and risk management consultation partner in the central region supporting the audit function. In addition I ensure that Deloitte\'s quality control system operates effectively to (i) drive professional excellence and strengthen the capability of our people to execute attest services in accordance with professional standards;(ii) ensure we are serving our clients with the right partners and professionals and protect the interests of the investors and the integrity of the capital markets. I have more than 39 years in public accounting including extensive experience with manufacturing, consumer business, public sector, transportation, and leasing industries. This experience includes significant SEC exposure, public offering experience and mergers and acquisitions.
