Adjusting Non-Marine claims from first advice through to final settlement, both via brokers’ files and directly with appointed experts.Reviewing reserve recommendations and adequacy and adjust as appropriate.Handling claims within current guidelines for Lloyd\'s (the LCLA) and the current processes and procedures.Appoint, handle and manage Lawyers, Adjusters and Third Party Administrators with regards to the handling of claims, reviewing fee invoices and agree as appropriate.Dealing efficiently and professionally with Lloyds Managing Agents claims adjusters, in person, via the telephone and e-mail.Appropriately communicating with London Brokers professionally, via telephone or e-mail, or other electronic media, with regards to the ongoing management of claims.Extensive knowledge of slips, LPSO signings and wordings in respect of Binding Authorities, Bulking Lineslips, Lineslips, Package Policies, Direct Insurance, Facultative Re-Insurance and Excess layer policies.Training and developing other staff members, in respect of adjusting claims, along with the various Lloyds and London Market practices, standards, procedures and processes.
