With over eleven years of experience in supplier contract negotiations and Strategic Sourcing, I am a results driven and versatile licensed attorney with a proven track record in building and leading Strategic Sourcing and Procurement departments as well as the Procurement side of Legal departments. My teams also oversee the information gathering, sourcing, and selection of suppliers and service providers through RFP, RFQ, RFI, other RFX type events, and through leveraging my network and market knowledge to identify and evaluate potential opportunities with Suppliers for overall company efficiency and risk reduction.I have worked with several private equity firms to successfully complete M&A supplier synergy evaluations and project executions, resulting in improved efficiency, savings, and customer satisfaction. All of these efforts have resulted in double digit synergy savings for the finalized entity.
