Senior Project Manager with 20 years of commercial construction experience on several different types of projects. Proven ability to succeed in various roles of the project team. Proficient in scheduling, estimating, cost control, project financing, document control, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement. I\'m involved in all phases of the project, from pre-construction through project close-out, and the main point of contact. During pre-construction phase of the project, I will lead the budget preperation by utilizing both internal cost databases and market resources, and oversee the preperation of required project schedules. I will also prepare subcontractor bid packages and conduct bid review, tabulations, and document control in support of the client\'s needs.During the construction phase, I will manage the entire construction administrative responsibilities including the submittal process, document control, Requests for Information (RFI’s) and change management, if applicable. During the project close-out, I also prepare O&M Manuals, coordinate As-Built documents for review and submittal and obtain all other documentation required including, but not limited to, warranties, guarantees, and air balance reports.
