   Took Invetech private as a spin off from Fortive, and have responsibility for managing all legal, compliance, risk functions, and strategic arrangements of a leading healthcare technology company spun off from Fortive Corporation. Actively contribute to the company\'s business strategy and ensure alignment with legal strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing all legal aspects of the corporate, commercial, regulatory, intellectual property, employment, litigation, and compliance functions, as well as management of the risk assessment program. A catalyst for workplace engagement with enthusiastic collaboration and leadership.
