Performed role for entire year. Assignment was due to my advanced experience and knowledge of the manufacturing floor and molding operations. Continued role as needed by the plant and senior management. Encouraged by senior leadership to leave the Molding Department and step into the IT Manufacturing Specialist Role due to my vast experience. • During the next 8 years, was able to instruct and train all the IT Technicians in Manufacturing Processes and the intricacies various Molding Systems and how they functioned and how each one interacted with the Network. This firsthand knowledge made me responsible for the Molding IT network system and how it interacted with all the other networks, 70+ servers and types of switches, within the plant. Skilled in various Manufacturing Processes, including, Final Vehicle Assembly Operations, Injection Molding, Sonic Welding, Change Control, Voice of the Customer, Supplier Quality Relationships.
