As a leader in digital transformation, I drove profitability and growth at Proofpoint by reengineering business systems, doubling revenue without increasing operational headcount. We scaled and integrated Salesforce and Dynamics implementations across Business Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Support and Services, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness company-wide. We implemented AI solutions to drive efficiency and improve both customer experience and employee experienceWe transformed data processing by creating a new data warehouse and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. I also reconstructed legacy data systems to provide universal access and expanded data coverage. I led the overall security and privacy posture for Proofpoint\'s business applications, defiing tightening user permissions, data access models, and maintaining a high score in Salesforce security health check. I managed the end-to-end post-acquisition integration of nine companies, successfully transitioning them to Proofpoint’s processes and systems within three months to a year.
