Over 14+ year tenure at bp, I have been a leader in both global and regional subsea portfolio delivery; now accountable for the evaluation, planning, execution of new and mature subsea assets while creating a culture that promotes innovation, an agile mindset, and sustainable long term savings. This is a cross functional role that looks across the Production, Projects and Wells organization activities and most recently Renewable energy programs.
