Paul Anderson has over 30 years of experience in the architectural field in concept design, schematic design and design development encompassing a wide range of project types. His experience includes 4 to 7 story residential wrap and podium projects with retail and resident amenities, mid density residential townhomes and apartments, mixed use design with residential, retail and office uses, military family housing, university housing, active senior housing and land planning. Mr. Anderson develops solutions for complex design problems, including code related issues, diplomatic interactions and negotiations with public agencies. Mr. Anderson has been responsible for the management of simultaneous projects while collaborating with clients, consultants and the architectural team. He establishes productive working relationships and deals effectively and cooperatively with team members while making independent judgments and decisions. He clearly and effectively communicates with clients, city and governmental agencies through written narratives, verbal and graphic presentations. Mr. Anderson\'s additional management responsibilities include preparing contracts, fee proposals, additional service documentation, employee reviews and business development. Mr. Anderson is an Orange County native, has been married to his beautiful wife Julia since 2002 and has two sons. It was Mies van der Rohe that said \"God is in the details\", and Mr. Anderson believes that is not only true for architecture, but all aspects of life, and one should ponder on the details as often as he can.
