The Field Merchandising Manager (FMM) is responsible for leading and executing merchandising tactics that support strategic category goals in their geographic areas of responsibility. Additionally, this position is responsible for the communication and execution of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) businesses at our CVS Pharmacy locations across the continental United States. As a key member of the Merchandising Team at CVS, the Field Merchandising Manager works closely with their Merchandising Colleagues as well as key stakeholders in Store Operations, Store Design, Finance, and other cross-functional disciplines within the organization. The FMM is also the key connection between Merchandising and Field Operations and must clearly communicate Company and Category strategies and plans to the operations teams.
