I\'m a Senior Technical Program Manager who specializes in taking complex, cross-functional programs from kickoff to production and ensuring they drive real adoption in the business.Over 8+ years across sports tech, fintech, media, supply chain, and manufacturing, I\'ve led enterprise-scale platform deliveries where ambiguity is high and execution quality matters. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, finance, and product, with results that include $13.5M in recovered revenue through payment system redesigns, delivery of a $12M broadcast facility within a multi-workstream enterprise program, and global platform rollouts across Salesforce, Workday, and SAP.I\'m typically brought in when programs cut across teams, systems, and incentives, and when decisions need to be made with imperfect information.
