ABOUT PAUL ALEXANDRE
As an Associate Producer in the video game industry, I specialize in production planning and team coordination to help teams bring innovative games to life. As I did during all of my previous experiences, I like to define myself as a link between the studio head and the dev team. Driven by my curiosity and a passion for visual arts, I\'ve developed expertise in production management, agile project methodology, and game development team collaboration. My eclectic taste in games, coupled with my love for photography, movies, anime, science, and fashion, allows me to connect with various professionals and stay ahead of industry trends.I collaborate directly with devs, arts, and design teams to optimize workflows. I schedule network and gameplay programmers\' tasks, and ensure the integration of concept art, 3D assets, and animations. Prior to this, I managed a student game project where I defined the methodology and coordinated the production for a team of 9 people in order to ship a local multiplayer fighting game vertical slice. My experience also includes working as a Global Strategic Insight Analyst Assistant at Ubisoft Production International, where I monitored game strategies and conducted player studies.
