Planned works on the 18 storey Grade 2 listed building include structural alterations a new entrance from Pall Mall. The adjacent Grade 1 listed Royal Opera Arcade will also be refurbished.ROC scope of work including new HV / LV systems, Transformers, Generator, UPS system, lighting and power.
