ABOUT PAUL DENMAN
I always struggled at school and got drawn into working along side my Father and Uncle in my early years (10-16). I eventually left school with zero qualifications and took an apprenticeship with my Uncle as a Installation/Service engineer. I enrolled in an electrician course, learning my Part 1 and Part 2 (electrical installation) and then enrolled at the College of North West London to undertake my air-conditioning and refrigeration courses. Once I passed these, I became a fully qualified engineer up until 1997/8 where circumstances meant me and my mother could start our own business. Of which we did. We changed the company name in 1998 to Denmanair and haven\'t looked back since. Our first financial year was in the region of 80k. Our biggest year to date was just over 3m. We now employ 11 people plus many contractors and hope to expand further. I know this is not a large company, with big turnovers, but I can take pride in what I have achieved and knowing I can help other people grow in this industry keeps me going. May we all push forward with our lives.
