I am a forestry engineer passionate about sustainable and responsible forest management, with more than seven years of international experience across Latin America, the United Kingdom, and Germany. My work has previously focused on environmental impact assessments and forest compensation initiatives, and more recently on forest certification systems, community forest management, and conservation initiatives. I hold a Master’s degree in Sustainable Tropical Forestry (Erasmus Mundus) and currently work as a Policy Officer in the Policy Innovation Department at the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). I contribute to the development and improvement of normative frameworks that promote responsible forest management and more inclusive certification pathways.
