With over three years of experience as a wellness retreat coordinator and leader, I help people transform their lives through breathwork, meditation, and gratitude practices. I am a certified SOMA Breath mentor and facilitator, and I also lead the SOMA Breath facilitator trainings in the United States.I am also a co-founder of two successful ventures: Soul Tribe Sisters and Bhavana Bottle. Soul Tribe Sisters is a 3-month group coaching program that helps female entrepreneurs create and market their signature offerings. Bhavana Bottle is a social enterprise that provides eco-friendly alternatives to single-use plastic bottles and supports clean water projects around the world. I am passionate about creating sustainable solutions and collaborating with other organizations that share this vision.
