I love the process of transformation, even though it is wrought with challenges, because in the process of changing we each become something more than what we were when we started. I am passionate about that in people and in businesses.From ecommerce to publishing, from change management software to Fintech, I guide small businesses through evolutionary crossroads to becoming scalable organizations. This includes supporting mergers & acquisitions, securing capital investments, creating and adapting revenue models, and improving service delivery. I help organizations activate change, drawing on analytics and experience to coordinate impactful initiatives. And, at the core of it all, I believe that relationships and hands-on collaboration is the best way to achieve organizational goals.I’m proud of each step in my path, especially the time I spent raising my family. My passion for growing business ideas into well-oiled machines eventually brought me back into the workforce. Helping my sister grow her one-of-a-kind retail business sparked a career that would find me leveraging my versatility and adaptability to support a merger & acquisition, raising millions in venture capital, and then moving into fintech to be part of growing a market-leading POS and merchant services company. My journey, both personally and professionally, is one of stepping into unfamiliar, complex, risky situations to bring peace, collaboration, and creative solutions that chart paths forward. I believe that fighting for the best in myself and others is a worthy pursuit and that doing business in an honorable way is something that requires a great deal of intentionality, bravery, and vulnerability. I also believe that it is about admitting when I\'m wrong, acknowledging when my own selfishness gets in the way of what is best for the whole, and being willing to take the risk of going \"all in.\" That is how I live, and that is how I do business.
