A dynamic and passionate Sr. Multifamily Executive with over 30 years of expertise, specializing in building strong cultures within teams, creating opportunities for growth and development, and fostering fun along the way. I excel in the acquisition of assets, executing strategic plans for repositioning and renovations, and managing the entire disposition process from marketing phases to closing. My extensive experience spans various markets and states including Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee, where I have managed a diverse portfolio of communities. These include Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Single-Family Rentals (SFR), boutique developments, new lease-ups, midrise projects, and value-add communities. I am a dedicated advocate for the multifamily industry, having served as the 2022 President of the Fort Worth Apartment Association (FWAA). Currently serving a second-term position as Vice President at Large on the Executive Committee for the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and have been a Delegate for the National Apartment Association (NAA) for the past four years. Additionally, I am proud graduate of the FWAA, TAA, and NAA Leadership Lyceum Programs.
