I support two DaVita dialyis units: Lowry and Belcaro as a medical social worker. We deal with people that are medically compromised. Many of these people live in poverty and demoralized, or, are focused on making the most of what life has given them. The difference in how they negotiate this, is what matters to me. I support our social work team in DaVita Sundance Regions 1 & 2. I help with hiring, training and keeping our excellent sw team engaged.
