ABOUT PATTY SEHI SCHWARTZKOPF

Patty worked full time in the real estate industry for over 40 years. As the former Training Director and Branch Assistant Manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties in the Santa Barbara region, Patty trained new licensees and assisted with the supervision of over 300 agents from Montecito to Los Olivos. Her career began in southern California before vaulting to Mammoth Lakes, where Patty handled the federal land exchange for the Mammoth Lakes Foundation. The Eastern Sierra College Center and was built on that land, as well the County Public Library and Town Ice Rink. She then specialized as a listing agent in that highly competitive resort market. As one of the highest producing agents in the area, she represented many foreclosures and short sales during the Great Recession. In 2011, she moved to Santa Barbara as Branch Manager for a global brokerage, and shortly thereafter joined the Berkshire Hathaway family, where she mentored the next generation of real estate professionals.
