In my role at RTI, I have the privilege of utilizing both my Business Partnering and Learning and Development skills. Core responsibilities include- Coaching managers and executive leadership on complex employee relations and performance management issues, across all company functions- Executing RTI\'s bi-annual performance management process, globally- Collaborating with our CEO, Sr. Director of People and Culture, and Global Recruiting Manager to create and execute RTI\'s AllrWelcome (Inclusion) initiatives- Managing RTI\'s Employee Engagement Coordinator, providing guidance on Onboarding, Company Events and HR Analytics-Designing and delivering manager development training programs for all US and international managers and executives. Topics delivered include Emotional Intelligence in Leadership, Active Listening, Delivering Difficult Feedback, Delegation, Coaching for Performance- Developing a career architecture for people managers and individual contributors. This tool identifies key competencies at each career level and is used to help with RTI\'s promotion and performance management process- Executing and analyzing results of RTI\'s annual Employee Engagement survey. Working with department VP\'s, on action planning to address lower scoring items- Partnering with the Head of HR to plan and execute organizational changes- Mentoring and advising junior People & Culture staff
